You must have a background in face-to-face customer service such as apartment leasing, retail or restaurant experience.
You must be comfortable working with people in an office setting.
You will greet prospective residents and provide them with information about available units and leasing terms - Conduct tours of the property, showcasing amenities and highlighting key features - Assist prospective residents with the application process, including collecting necessary documentation and conducting background checks - Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner - Respond to inquiries from current and prospective residents regarding leasing, maintenance, and other property-related matters - Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, resident interactions, and unit availability The schedule is:
Saturday 10 am to 4 pm Sunday 12 pm to 4 pm These are excellent hours for someone looking to supplement their income or possibly a student.
