Qualifications:
-experience in facilities maintenance in the areas of plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities - Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems We have a great staff currently but looking for another individual to join our team.
Must be reliable Must have a current and valid driver's license.
