Responsibilities:
-Checking residents ID's inside an apartment building -Calling maintenance for any maintenance emergency - Maintain a safe and secure environment - Protect property and assets by enforcing security protocols and procedures - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent any possible for hazards in the building - Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious activities - Provide assistance to visitors, employees, and clients as needed - Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related incidents - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies in the event of emergencies or criminal activities
Experience:
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security preferred - Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures for emergency response situations - Familiarity with surveillance techniques - Understanding of loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property - Ability to contact emergency personnel if needed We offer competitive pay rates, flexible schedules, and opportunities for career advancement.
