We are seeking a dedicated and passionate BCBA to provide and manage services of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
In addition to direct service provision, this role involves a significant emphasis on promoting and bringing awareness to our ABA therapy program.

Key
Responsibilities:
The BCBA will provide concentrated in-depth treatment for Karing Kids clients.
The main tasks a BCBA is in charge of are to Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Train and supervise behavior technicians.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to ABA service provision.
Network and foster relationships in the community to attract new clients.
Recruit, onboard, and maintain a strong clientele base.

Responsibilities:
Promotion and Awareness of ABA Program:
Develop and execute strategies to promote the benefits and successes of the ABA program to the wider community.
Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, and informational sessions about ABA therapy for parents, educators, and other professionals.
Create materials (brochures, flyers, social media posts) to highlight the program's offerings and successes.
Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture partnerships with evaluation centers and affiliates, ensuring seamless collaboration and client referrals.
Foster relationships with nearby clinicians, therapists, and other relevant professionals to enhance mutual referrals and collaborative care.
Engage with families to ensure they are well-informed and satisfied with the services, and to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Participate in community events, networking sessions, and other activities to foster positive community relations and awareness of ABA therapy.
