Hazy Farms is a commercial cannabis cultivator and processor that blends process and technology together for a superior product.

You will be expected to work closely with the Grow Team and coordinate efforts to make sure product quality is premium and the customer experience is exceptional.
Your responsibilities may evolve and expand over time but will include the following:
40% - Production and Post Production oversight and coordination of inventory, packaging, labeling, and transport including interviewing Production and Post Production teams and managing their deliverables and productivity.
Working closely with the Grow Team and the Grow Manager to ensure that product quality is consistent with our Company vision.
20% - Inside Sales and Account Management 10% - Compliance administration of METRC and performing/supporting compliance related activities as background checks, AFS, etc that are required by the Cannabis Regulatory Authority (CRA) and the State of Michigan.
We will be investing in METRC software and evolving from pen/paper.
This will reduce our harvest time and inputting data which will be substantial once we move into the new building.
10% - Inventory Management and Ordering of materials, supplies, packaging, labels, etc.
for Production and Post Production.
10% - Invoicing customers, payment collection (Accounts Receivable), scheduling payments (Accounts Payable) and light bookkeeping (when necessary).
Scan all mail and bills to Corporate.
10% - Office Administration (phone support), general maintenance (light cleaning).
